Curly (a.k.a. "Fire Maple") is a maple wood with a unique curly pattern throughout the wood grain. Curly Maple is often used in guitar faces with its illustrious patterns making it a "no-brainer" for us to include in our product line. Grain ripples and pattern create a seemingly 3D effect that really pops with our oil-based finish. It's texture is medium to fine.
